Single-cell immune repertoire profiling
Paired 5' transcriptome and V(D)J from the same cell, for animal models.
01What it is
Work runs at Beijing BestopCell Co., Ltd. on their CelCode® platform. Cells are encapsulated with barcoded gel beads, reverse-transcribed in droplet, and the resulting full-length cDNA is split: one part builds the 5' transcriptome library, the other builds BCR and/or TCR libraries by nested V(D)J amplification. Both come from the same barcode, so clonotype and expression phenotype stay linked at the single-cell level.

04Species
V(D)J kits available.
The 5' transcriptome side works for any species with polyadenylated mRNA. Paired V(D)J amplification needs a species-matched kit — these exist today:
- Mouse — TCR and BCR
- Rabbit — TCR and BCR
- Monkey — TCR and BCR
- Human — TCR and BCR (see limits)

07Limits
What bounds this.
- Animal models first. Human-sample projects require ethics review — an REB in Canada, an IRB in the United States — covering export, a material transfer agreement, institutional data-residency policy, and China's human genetic resources regulations on the receiving end. Each is solvable; none is quick.
- Research use only.
- Raw sequence data is not assumed. The supplier's own material describes delivery as a report; if you need FASTQ, we get that written into the order before anything ships.
- One pilot shipment runs end to end before anything is proposed at scale.
